Sigs Smokehouse chef talks about grilling, recipes

This podcast is the result of an impromptu interview I had with Roz Galang, chef and proprietor of Sigs Smokehouse, when I dropped by the restaurant recently. [See: Sigs Smokehouse]
Please forgive my monotone, the muffled sound of the clips featuring Roz, and one or two irksome high-pitched noises brought about by my newbie skills in Audacity. Will try to get my podcasting game up soon.
Despite this amateur podcast, it remains a treat to eat at Sigs Smokehouse, that also serves local craft beer that many people like.
