This is my first formal attempt at a podcast. Next time, I intend to have a guest so that I can sound more animated by putting the guest—whoever he or she is—on the spot.
My former co-worker at InterAksyon.com, Edwin Sallan had a point last year when he posted a tweet about what a selfie really was.
He said:
When you really think about it, writing is the ultimate selfie.

To some degree, a podcast is similar to a selfie. Some people like to hear the sound of their own voice after all. That segment of the population doesn’t include me. But that doesn’t mean that I can’t go out and get myself my own podcast.
This one is limited to three minutes. Which is why it’s called JTS—that’s Jack The Scribbler to you—in 180 seconds. I may consider extending the three-minute limit if someone volunteers to be a guest. (Yes, I’ll pay for the beer.)
