Why didn&#039;t you tell me about this great project of yours?  I&#039;m impressed, in fact...I remember the old days and that short-lived project called Maginhawa Street or something? This one&#039;s definitely grand!

It&#039;s been a while since I last read a Tobias Wolff piece...tsk, I once met a Cuban episcopalian priest with an attitude (on top of that, he was  a New Yorker too, and that, perhaps, accounted for the attitude) who chided us Filipinos for failing to learn in his inimitable Spanish &quot;the sweetest language on earth&quot; (my rough translation there).


By the way, thanks for adding my name to your list of occassional friendly reads (even if the link to my blog is dead ha ha)..

Long live, and much success! (and here, I raise a bottle of beer...)
